**Objects:** (1)THE MANAGING TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN RELIEVING IN CASES OF NEED WOMEN MARRYING AT ANY METHODIST CHAPEL WITHIN THE AREA OF THE SHEFFIELD BRUNSWICK CIRCUIT AT THE TIME OF MARRIAGE AND AT THE DISCRETION OF THE MANAGING TRUSTEES FOR ONE YEAR THEREAFTER.(2)IF AND INSOFAR AS INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION AS AFORESAID THE SAME SHALL BE PAID OVER TO THE SHEFFIELD AREA HEALTH AUTHORITY (TEACHING) FOR APPLICATION IN FURTHERING THE CHARITABLE WORK FORMERLY CARRIED OUT BY THE ROYAL SHEFFIELD INFIRMARY AND HOSPITAL.
