To Forge And Strengthen Links Between The Cathedral, Diocese And The Community Both In The City Of Leicester And The County Of Leicestershirec. To Provide A Means Of Binding Together In Friendship And Society Those Who Wish To Play A Part In Supporting The Cathedral's Life And Worship
