Articles of Associatjoll, the coi￿l￿1t1¢¢ and de¢isicn tnaking processes and recent perforniance orth¢ ¢harity. Trust￿5 are ¢nwuraged
io aiiend appropriate external training events where these will facilitate ihe undcrtaking of th¢ir rol¢.

The Society 15 affiliated to the Abbcyfield Society, and is controlled by an EXe￿lIve Coininittee who meet regularly aiid are
respon5ibl¢ for th¢ str8te8i¢ direciion and policy of die Charity. At present the Execiitive Committee has five members from a variety
of professional baCkg￿}￿lid5 relevaiit to the work of tlie C1￿￿ty. All committee nieinbers ar¢ unpaid volunreers. Further valuabl¢ h¢lp
is given by other volunteers who. under the collective name of Friends of Abbeyfjeld, provide Support tij residents.
