**Objects:** TO IMPROVE PROTECT AND PRESERVE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, THE COUNTRYSIDE, OPEN SPACES, SEA COAST AND ADJOINING WATERS AND THE VILLAGES COUNTRY TOWNS AND SUBURBANAREAS OF WIRRAL, ITS RURAL AMENITIES AND FAUNA AND FLORA.

**Activities:** The Wirral Society is a non-political environmental watchdog, whose object is to protect, preserve and encourage awareness of the Wirral Peninsula's environment. It acts through dialogue and written comments on planning applications and other proposals for change, through supporting other groups' initiatives, and through talks and occasional publications.
