The purpose of the fund shall be to grant financial or medical assistance to registered players, referees and to others who have rendered service to the association or to their families.

Objects: The Said Fund Shall Be Applied Primarily For The Benefit Of Persons In Poor Or Needy Circumstances Who Either (A) Shall Be Members (Or Former Members) Of Clubs Affiliated To The Said Association Or Members (Or Former Members) Of Competitions Run In Connection With And Under The Rules Of The Said Association, Including (Without Limitation) Those Who May Be Injured While Playing Football Or Acting As Referee Or In Some Other Official Capacity Or While On Their Way To Or From A Football Match In Which They Intend To Play Or Have Played In Or Connection With Which They Intend To Act Or Have Acted As Referee Or In Such Oter Official Capacity, Or (B) Shall Be A Family Member Or Dependant Of Any Such Person, Including (Without Limitation) In The Event Of Any Such Person Being Incapacitated Or Dying As A Result Of Any Such Injury.
