## Guidance Notes 

## General Fund 

Any banked monies as appears on the bank statement as of the 31st December that does not appear in any fund as named above. 

Any monies held by the PGL Treasurer or Secretary not banked as of the 31st December unless it belongs to another fund named above. 

## PGP's Appeal Fund 

Any monies banked as a separate fund for the PGP’s Appeal not appearing in the general fund as of the3ist December. 

Any monies heid in the PGL Treasurers or Secretaries Hand as of the 31st December yet to be banked (for PGP’s Appeal). 

## Benevolent Fund 

Any monies banked by the 31sl December specifically for the Benevolent Fund. 

Any monies held in the PGL Treasurer or Secretary hand not banked as of 31st December specifically for the Benevolent Fund. 

## Special Grants Fund 

Any monies banked or held in hand as of the 31st December specifically for Special Grants
