## **TRUSTEES’ REPORT FOR YEAR ENDING 30[TH] JUNE 2022** 

**Trustees** are elected by the church members to oversee and manage the property and assets which they hold in trust for the members. This body was established in 1817, and is subject to the founding fathers’ Trust Deed. 

**The Church** is affiliated to the Congregational Federation. 

**The Pastor** is Mr Alan Marsden and was elected by the church members. 

**The Leadership** is made up of the Pastor and Deacons, Mr Herbert Moorhouse, Mr Stephen Jackson, Mr Andrew Kay and Mr William Ashton who are elected by the church members.

**Objectives** are to promote the Christian faith and encourage people into a closer relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. 

**Activities:** Weekly Sunday Services at 10-45am and 6-00pm 

Midweek Service and Prayer on Wednesdays 

Bible Study on Thursdays 

Fortnightly Craft group on Monday afternoons 

Occasional other meetings 

We support local and worldwide mission activities
