The Charity called the Molesworth Eventide Homes at Ketlon, Rutland was foEJnded by Will of
Mary Emma Molesworth proved with Codicil thereto in the Princtpal Registry on the 9th April
1965 and comprised in a Conveyance and Trust Deed dated the 21st March 1967. The
principal address is clo 9 Broad Street, Stamford, Lincolnshire, PE9 1 PY and is registered
with Ihe Charity Commission No. 252013.

The power to appoint new Trustees is vested in the existing Trustees. INhen new Trustees
aro appointed they are given an overview of the Charity and an outline of both its operational
and financial activities. New Trustees are selected in order to gain benefrt from their skills and
experience, to complernent Ihe existing Trustees, and to prc>vide succession.
The Trustees can report that the management of the Charity was in their opinion completed
en a salisfactory basis during the year. The Trustees having considered the guidelines issued
by the Charity Commission on public benefit are of the opinion that the crrteria are being met
thin the objectives and activities of the Charity-
Review of the year:_
Throughoul the year, repairs and mainlenance have been carried out to the bunoalows as
required. In partiCLJlar, smoke alams have been renewed in all bungalows and the bathroom
for Number 2 has been replaced. Chattertons Wealth have taken over financial investment
?dvice following consideration by the Trustees of detailed proposals. Recommended tree
works have been carried out.
The financial position of the Charity at 5th April 2024 is Considered satisfactory and more than
adequate to meel the objectives of the Charity.

I report to the charity trustees on my 8xaTnination of the accounts of the charity for the year
end¢d 5 April 2024 which are set out on pages 2 to 4.
Responslbllltles and baslg of report
As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the a¢counts in
aGGordan¢e with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {'the Act'i.
I report in respect of my examination of the chartty's accounts carried OLrt under section 145
of the Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions
given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)Ib) of the Act.
Independent examlnerfs statement
I have ¢ompleled my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my
attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material
rg8pect.'
aGcounling records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 130 of

the accounts do not accord with those records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the
examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper
