Financial Review
Review of the charity’s
financial position at the end
of the period
Para 1.21 Expenditure exceeded income by
£14,154.85. However, the expenditure
included £20,000 received from National
Lottery Awards for All in 2024. This was
for the replacement of the large windows
in the main hall, which was carried out in
early 2025.
In 2025, the Hall benefitted from public
donations and match funding from Sport
England totalling £5,547.56, for the
refurbishment of the floor in the main
hall. The work was carried out in
February 2026.
During the year 2025, the trustees raised
£4,487 (profit) by running eight events to
generate money for the Hall.
At the end of 2025, the Hall’s reserves
stood at £29,202.92. Of this, £5,547.56
was grant funding for refurbishment of
the floor in the main hall.
