JTP was employed to undertake an urban deS￿n framework plan for th15 area. After extensive
collat)oration took ￿8¢e wrth the communrty, a very acceptabk plan was prodU￿d which was
adopted by the Cty Counal on June 2018 as a SuOementary Planning Document ISPDI.
Subsequent to this, the Courril appear lo have mised the asFMrations for th15 Slte by promoting

with councillors and local authorty officars.
3. Sir John Moore Barracks
The Ministry of Defence are relinquishing these barracks and have appointed planniry

Richard Baker has commented on our beha￿. In general, the proposals are promoting housing
over part of the site, ho￿ver a good proport￿￿ ofthis area is beiTrJ left as woodland and'green.

The ujrrent local plan identffied part of the trABI area of BuS￿￿e1d for I￿ht inilustrial use. There
