**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT EITHER OF NEEDY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA SERVED BY NORTH HERTFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL  GENERALLY WITH A PREFERENCE FOR THOSE WHO ARE SICK, INJURED OR INFIRM OR OF SUCH NEEDY PERSONS RESIDENT THEREIN AS THE TRUSTEES SELECT.
