**Objects:** For the benefit of the public: To advance the Christian religion including but not limited to the provision of financial support to churches with priority being given to Assemblies of God churches; and To relieve financial hardship, either generally or individually, including by the making of grants and for provision of support towards accommodation.

**Activities:** PT provides a 'Holding Trustee Service' for 60 plus AoG churches in various parts of the United Kingdom in addition to which, PT  provides shared ownership and rented housing for church leaders and retired church leaders. From the proceeds of the sale of Kingdom Bank, PT is investing the monies to provide an income stream for charitable purposes and build a funding legacy for future generations.
