It was rthd that the i￿S notrce rs no longer in the rK>tice board and the I￿S is not being used.
MD provided an update folkming his meeting ste￿*￿ Brook of Harrogate Almshouses. He
ported the followiThJ rents:
£136.93 per week for a on8 l￿d flat
£165.95 per week for a Iwo bed flat
£110 per week + £14 servrce tharge (indudes water not heat)- 1 bed property
£117 per week + £14 SeThi￿ tharge (indudes water not heat) -2 bed property
The above figures are based on houstng benefft allowan￿. It must be noted that these are
located in central Harrogate.
It was agreed to discuss rent reviews at the n8Xt ￿tir￿￿ in Awil.
3. Secretarles Report
Next of Kin
JRM will collate next of kin details for all residents.
4. Revlew of Garden Occupatlon
It was agreed that a letter will be sent to Shirley Hudson and Cat Clarke explaining that the
Trustees understarKI that they want to corrtinue but politely ask that tidy up the allotment
area.
The Estste will (art back the aprAe tree.

To be re&1 in conjunction with an email circulated by MD on 5th Ocbber.
MD reported the following..

half way alor¥J approx.14m x 8m which has a financial impact on any desi(Jn.
Layout could consist of bedl kitchenlsittiThJ r¢JonV bathroom.
Access to the Ilat would be via no.4 (Mr sno￿￿10n), this wwld need reconfiguring to allow
for a hallway and staircase
Approx. converstion costs in the region of £50-£60k
