**Objects:** TO ASSIST AND PROMOTE THE WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THE DIOCESE OF LICHFIELD AND TO CARRY ON AND FURTHER OPERATIONS AND MEASURES IN CONNECTION WITH SAID CHURCH, OR DESIGNED TO CARRY OUT ANY OF ITS OBJECTS OR PURPOSES

**Activities:** To promote and assist the work of the Church of England in the Diocese of Lichfield by supporting parishes in correct and lawful stewardship of investments and property, and the trustees of local ecclesiastical trusts in the administration and management of the trusts whose assets are vested in the Diocesan Trust as Custodian Trustees. Therefore the Charity does not have assets or liabilities.
