Trustees Report
Our aim of trying to provide a place suitable for people of all ages to meet and carry out
their own activities. This includes weekly dance classes. keep fit groups, a local
homeEschooled children's group. an air-gun club mainlyfor ex-servicemen. dog tr8ining
club, and a local council's group for pre-school children. As well as these there have
been children's parties, the Friendship Guild who meet monthly. occasional meetings of
local organisations. we had a defibiillator demonstration. an amateur drama group held
rehearsals and put on a pantomime. and a local piano teacher used the Hall for a
students concert.
A grant of £ 21,667 was a received from Gwynt y Mor duringthe year, this was used to
update the existing kitchen and bathroom 8t the hall.
Due to the fact that income was above £25.000 the accounts had to be inspected. This
was done by Salisbury's accountants in St. Asaph. who approved them with no
problems.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ('the Twst.) for It£ year ended
As the charity's trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance wilh the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
('the Act.)
