The pandefflic has had a 5vJnificant ifflpact on the running ot the charity over th8 past number of years which was

churches. in somè instances by as much as a 50¥0. Many of the volunteers who used to work in our parishes have
also stopped coming resulting In an In¢￿ased work load for the friars. Some of these volunlee¥s used to help our
eldedy triars wrth the finances The result has been a delay in the compiling and the submission of some of the fnary
finanual reports. Due to restrictions in travel the bursar was unab18 to visit all the fnaries during the year which a150
contributed to this delay. Our Investment porttolio has been adversely effected wth the laige sell off In stock5 which

The friars In th8 six parishes served by the Prowncial Cugtody wort( very closely with the bishops *lrnini3tering the
dioceses within which the parish8s are situated. That will include m8mbership of the local doanery and helping out
in nèighbouring panshes where possible. In addibon, two ol th6 Cornmunities have a piim8ry school in the pansh
and there Is close connection with Ihose schools as well as secondary schools serving the parishes of the fnar5.
The friars are also ewJaged in wothing wlh statutory b¢yJie$, other Christian Churctt8s, olhér tsith Cornmunlt￿s. and
other voluntary groups.
Th8 management of the charity is the responsibility of the Tiustees who are e￿cted and co-cpted under the terms ol
the Trust deed.
