Diocese. Members continue to gUPPOrt
the vulnerable in their COTnmunities with
practical help...lo¢al foodbanks. care
home visiting. emergency tolletrles In
A&E departments in local hospitals. All

I report in respect of my examination of the Trusys accounts carried out
under section 145of Ihe 2011 AcLaTrd in catrying out my 8xamination. I
have lollow8d all the appltcable Direaions given by the Charity Cominission
under section 14515)(b) of th8 Act.
Independent ￿he charity's gross income exceeded £250.000 and l am quafrfied to

come to my attention in connection wtth the examination (other Ihan that
disclosed below.) which gives me cause to believe that in. any material
respect:
