putyose of the trust deed. The current Trustees can seek adTice where necessary from d)e Chatity
Comtnission to ensure their actions are in accord ivith die current charity law and die trust deed.

HOW THE TRUSTEES OPERATE
The Trustees have an annual obligation to present the accounts at thc Vestry mecting OE St Mary'5
church. The Vestry meetingwas djscontinued by the Churdi Df I£ngl2nd in 1927 but St Marfs Annu21
Parochial Church Meeting is struthred in two parts. The first part allom￿ the Partsh H211 accounts to
be presented as required by the trust deed.
REVIEW OF THE YEAR
2024 lias been a busy year For the hall. There has been die introduction of a variety of new regular
groups to the building 2nd irregu12r bookn'ngs Are st￿dY. We are booked 365 days of the year.
Improvement works include new LED lights instslled in the main hall (mairk and side liglits) and
kitchen. and a new gas boiler was installed 2nd all radiators and v21ves seLviced. Extemal lighting
around d]e buildingwas improved. The kitchen had one tea urn replaced.
OUTLOOK FOR THE FUTURE
The Trustees will corttinue to maintydtn the H211 to a high standard and have a pwamme OE
improvements For 2025. All monies that h2ve been placed in the COIF are ring Eenced for use For
repairs 2nd renewals for tile H￿1, as requited.
POLICIES ON RISK
Trustees liave continued to fijlly insui'e the building and hold public liability insurance alld comply with
a]1 he21th and safety requiretneThts.
