THE ANNUAL RESIDUE OF THE INCOME SHALL BE USED FOR THE RELIEF OF THE POOREST AND MOST DESERVING FAMILIES OR PERSONS RESIDING IN THE PARISH, IN PROVIDING FUEL, BLANKETS, CLOTHING, AND OTHER NECESSARIES OR COMFORTS, TO BE DISTRIBUTED AT THE TRUSTEES DISCRETION.
