**Objects:** A) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF 60 AND OVER. B) TO ORGANISE MAKE OR RECEIVE SUGGESTIONS AS TO ACTIVITIES BOTH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHARITY'S MEMBERS. C) TO PROVIDE MEALS.

**Activities:** The hall is a community facility in the centre of Mold adjacent to a car park.  It is open for hire to the general public throughout the area and the aims and objectives of the club within its constitution is to provide facilities for recreation or leisure time occupation with the object of improving quality of life for the residents of Flintshire.
