I report to the trustees on my exarnination of the accounts of the above
charity {'the Tru8t') for the year ended 3111012023
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible lor the preparatlon of the
accounts in accordance wilh the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
('the Aci.).
I report in f88pect of my examination of the TruBt's account8 carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in caffying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Direction8 given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
