Report of the Trustees and Management Committee
for the year to 30 September 2024
Th¢ Association has continued its work of publicising the Glad Tidings of the Kingdom of God
through the pages of the monthly magazine. The magazine continues to be read widely
throughout the world with subscriptions being received from countries in Aft1￿ Eastern
Europe and Asi4 as well as from the estsblished subscribing countries of the UK USA and
AustralAa.
The trustees meet three times a year, management accounts are prepared and the management
of the charity, editorial policy and distribution matters are fully discussed, together with the
identification of future risks that may affect the operation of the charity and the proper
governance of the charity within the Charity Commission guidelines
The fjjnds of the Association are strong and are invested prudently to ensure that the
A&sociation is always able to fulfil its future commitments.
The trustees continue to develop new ways of distributing the nrdgazlne and have continue to
invest in an interactive We￿sIte for potential readers who prefer an electronic version of the
magazine. Social media is now usd extensively to promote th¢ magazin¢.
The Association has no employees, however Christadelphians throughout the world support
the work of the Association by way of subscribing for the magazine and offering voluntary
service for the production and distribution to its many readers.

To the trustees of The Glad Tidings Publishing Association
I report on the accounts for th¢ y¢ar ended 30 September 2024 which are set out on page 3 - 4.
Respective respoDJfibilfities of trustees and examiner
The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year (under section 43(2)
of the Charities Act 1993 (the Act)) and thai an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts (under section 43 of the Act),
to follow the procedures laid down in the General Dirtttions given by the
CE￿ity Commission (under section 43(7)(b) of the Act}. and
to stat¢ whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of the independent examiner's report
My exomination was e8Tried out in accordance with General Directions given by the Cl)arity
Commission. An emmination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity
and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration
of any unusual items or disclosures in the accoun￿ and seeking explanations from you as
trustees concerning any such matters. The prcttdures undcrtaken do not provide all the
evidence that would be required in an audiL and consequently no opinion is given as to whether
the a￿Unts present a 'true and fair, view and the [c￿rt is limited to those matters set out in
the statement below.
