**Objects:** 5.1 The relief of poverty;5.2 The provision of help and assistance predominantly but not exclusively in East Lancashire to predominantly but not exclusively East Lancashire Masons and their dependents or the dependents of such deceased Masons who are in need by reason of their poverty and to provide charitable assistance to such other Masonic and non-Masonic charitable objectives as the Trustees shall decide;5.3 To afford charitable assistance to needy Freemasons or their widows or to any of their other dependent relatives, as the Trustees shall decide in particular by the operation and maintenance of residential properties at Canons Close, Bolton and Priors Close, Blackburn.

**Activities:** To provide relief to those in need among Mark Masons, their widows and dependants in the Province of East Lancashire.The Charity helps other organizations who benefit the public by providing services which encompass outdoor activities, specialist rescue services, medical healthcare and support.
