**Objects:** TO THE VICAR FOR THE TIME BEING OF ST MARY, TADCASTER THE YEARLY SUM OF $10 PRESCRIBED BY THE WILL OF HENRIETTA DAWSON FOR PREACHING TWO SERMONS YEARLY. SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENTS AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN PAYMENT OF PENSIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE SCHEME.

**Activities:** To provide an annual pension.  Pensioners shall be vulnerable females who reside in  the Tadcaster Benefice.  The Trustees should appoint up to 20 pensioners p.a.  Should there be sufficient income remaining or insufficient pension applications during the year, then further applications from other vulnerable people in social need, will be considered.
