PRIORITY SHALL BE GIVEN: FIRSTLY, TO EX-ARMED FORCES PERSONNEL AND THEIR PARTNERS; ANDSECONDLY, TO THOSE THAT HAVE RESIDED IN THE CITY OR COUNTY OF NOTTINGHAM FOR NOT LESS THAN 10 YEARS PRIOR TO THEIR APPLICATION FOR APPOINTMENT AS RESIDENT AND WHO ARE NOT LESS THAN 50 YEARS OLD.(2) SO LONG AS REASONABLY POSSIBLE, NOT LESS THAN THREE OF THE HOMES SHALL BE OCCUPIED BY EX-ARMED FORCES PERSONNEL AND THEIR PARTNERS.
