**Objects:** 1. TO RELIEVE OLD PEOPLE RESIDENT IN SEVENOAKS AND NEIGHBOURHOOD WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. 2. TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE EDUCATION INCLUDING TRAINING FOR ENTRY INTO PROFESSION, TRADE OR CALLING, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE YOUTH OF SEVENOAKS AND NEIGHBOURHOOD, PREFERENCE TO BE GIVEN TO YOUNG GIRLS. 3. TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE YOUTH OF SEVENOAKS AND NEIGHBOURHOOD, PREFERENCE TO BE GIVEN TO YOUNG GIRLS.

**Activities:** The trust owns and operates a residential house. Tenants are provided with accommodation either on a rent free or subsidised basis some of the running costs are recovered. The remainder are bourne by the trust. Any surplus arising is available to make awards.
