I report in TCSPCCt of my examination of the Tntst's accounts carried out under section 145 of
the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions
given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5Xb) of the Act.
I have completed my examinalion. I confTh that no material matters have come lo rny
attention in conneciion with th¢ examination which gives me cause to believ¢ th41 in, any
material respect:
