Trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity
Commission on Public Benefit. The groups using the building contribute
to the physical, mental, and social health of people of all ages from the
local area.
The Hall is currently used by the following local groups:
Weekly/twice weekly -
Keep fit class, Zumba Dance Fit class, Yoga class, Ballroom Dance
group, Karate club, Brownies troop, Ballet classes, Baby and Toddler
sensory classes, and the Youth Club

Achievements and performance
The Williams Memorial Hall remains an important part of village life with
over 450 attendees of all ages using the building in a full week.
Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
during the year
New groups for Yoga and Handcrafts have started during 2024-25. The
Yoga group meet weekly and the Handcrafts group meet fortnightly.
The charity has a "Friends of the Williams Memorial Hall" fundraising
group which has put on various events through the year to supplement
the Trust's funds. This year they have raised £2,381 for the building fund.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 3110312025.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disclosed below ") in connection with
