30 June 2024

Mr Ian Bond

Friends of Great Bedwyn Church Trust

## **Friends of Great Bedwyn Church Trust Accounts 2023 - 2024**

## Dear Ian,

At your request, I have reviewed the financial accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 and have compared them to the cashbook and the other records provided to me. Furthermore, I have confirmed that the ‘receipts and payments’ method of accounting that has been used for this reporting period is still appropriate as the organisation has not met the £250,000 income threshold whereby ‘accruals based’ accounting would become applicable.

I find that suitable accounting records have been kept for fundraising activities through the 12 months.

I find that the accounts agree to the books and records and that the format in which they are presented would give a reader a true and reasonable view of the Trust’s financial results and position.

I have not conducted an audit.

Yours sincerely

Katharine Challen
