AGE CONCERN TADLEY & DISTRICT– ANNUAL REPORT 2023/24
The governing document of the Charity is the constitution adopted at the AGM on 8 May 2024.
The object of the Charity is to promote the relief of elderly people in any manner which now is or hereafter may be deemed by law to be charitable in and around Tadley.
Trustees are elected and appointed at the AGM.
The main activity of the Charity is the provision of a weekly Lunch Club run by volunteers. Members are given a hot two course lunch along with entertainment, talks, quizzes and singalongs. This is provided by a team of volunteers.
The Charity runs a paid for weekly Foot Clinic and also hires out wheelchairs.

I have examined the Accounts for the year ended 31[st] March 2024 in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Charity Commission.
