## **1.Structure and Management.** 

## **(a) Constitution.** 

The Charity is an unincorporated trust established by a Declaration of Trust dated 1[st] July 1965. 

## **(b) Appointment of Trustees.** 

The Trustees are the President, President Elect, Treasurer and Secretary of the Rotary Club of Hexham (“the Club”). 

## **(c) Management.** 

The Trustees convene as required to make decisions regarding the investment of the Trust assets and the advancement of funds in pursuance of the Objects of the Charity with the approval of the members of the Club. The Trustees meet annually to approve the financial accounts. The Trustees always maintain sufficient funds to meet current expenditure.

As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with th8 requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {'the Act'}.

connection with the review which gives me cause lo believe Ihal in, any material respect=
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records- or
