Objects: For The Relief Of Persons In Need Resident In The Ecclesiastical Parish Within Which Chicheley Is Situated Provided That The Preference Shall Be Given To Residents Of Sherington And Chicheley. Residents Of These Villages To Remain Preferential Beneficiaries Should The Boundaries Of The Ecclesiastical Parish Change. Application Of Income (1) Subject To Payment Of The Expenses Of The Trustees, They Shall Apply The Income Of The Charity In Relieving Either Generally Or Individually Persons Resident In The Areas Of Benefit Who Are In Conditions Of Need, Hardship Or Distress By Making Grants And Money Or Providing For Items, Service Or Facilities Calculated To Reduce The Need, Hardship Or Distress Of Such Persons. (2) The Trustees May Pay For Such Items, Services Or Facilities By Way Of Donations Or Subscriptions To Institutions Or Organisations Which Provide Or Which Undertake In Return To Provide Such Items, Services Or Facilities For Such Persons.
