Its address is Lane End Village Hall, Lane End, High Wycombe. The Committee of Management during the year to 31 December 2024 were: Miss S. Keatinge - Chairman C. Ramsden - Secretary Mrs A. Bolton - Secretary Deputy and Health & Safety and Safeguarding Miss S. Keatinge - Housekeeper Mrs A. Bacon - Hon. Treasurer Mrs M. Croxson - Booking Clerk R. Croxson, K. Gill, D. Harnett, A. Hartnett, T.Lipinski, J. Nicholson, P. Rose, R. Tysoe. The object of the charity is to provide and maintain a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Lane End and district for communal activities. The Village Hall is available for hire by any individual or organisation in accordance with the standard hiring agreement and scale of charges adopted for the year. The Committee of Management consider that the unspent income reserves at 31 December 2024 are adequate for the current level of hall maintenance being required. The charity works closely with other local charities and Bucks Unitary Council. Miss S. Keatinge Chairman, on behalf of the Committee of Management Dated: February 2025 Page 1 LANE END VILLAGE HALL Registered Charity no. 244024 ## **Independent examiner’s report to the trustees of The Lane End Village Hall Trust** I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of The Lane End Village Hall Trust (the Trust) for the year ended 31 December 2024. ## **Responsibilities and basis of report** As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under Section 145(5)(b) of the Act. ## **Independent examiner’s statement** I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect: 1. accounting records not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the Act; or 2. the accounts do not accord with those records. I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
