(2) In Making Grants Or Payments At Christmas Whether By Way Of Pension Or Otherwise To Any Such Poor Persons. (3) In Any Other Manner Which In The Opinion Of Trustees May Be For The Benefit Of Any Such Poor Persons In Association With The Festival Of Christmas.
