The AGM was held with<br>the residents in attendance.<br>**3.** The Association uses contractors (one<br>who is a trustee) to assist in the<br>management and maintenance of the<br>Community Hall.<br>**4.** The Hall is available for use from 7 am<br>until 11 pm. 7 days a week, regular<br>hirers accounts for circa 50 hours use,<br>with occasional hirers including<br>community events and private parties<br>are booked weekly.<br>**5.** The Trustees also manage and organise<br>certain events for the beneft of<br>members. An annual frework display,<br>Christmas Fayre, Tabletop sales.<br>**6.** The charity produces a local magazine<br>delivered free to 3000 homes within the<br>area of beneft of the charity.<br>**7.** The Trustees listen to the concerns and<br>wishes of the members of the<br>Association and will take matters up<br>with the relevant authorities where this<br>istothe beneftof themembers.|
