ACCOUNTll¥G POLICIES
BASIS OF PREPARATION
The financial ststements have been prepared under the historical cost convention with itcms recognised at
cost or transaction valu¢ unless otherwise stated tn the relevant notes to th¢se accounts. The financial
statements have been prepared in accordanrK with the Statement of Recommended Practice: Accounting and

certainty of the amount to be received.
Donations, subscriptions and other forn)s of voluntary income ar¢ cr¢dited to the accounts when received and
shown gross: unless the event that a donation is subject to conditions that require a level of perfornianc¢
before the charity is cntitled to the funds. In this the income is defe￿ed and not recognised until either
those conditions are fully me( or the fulfilment of those conditions is wholly within the control of the charity
and it is probable that thos¢ conditions will be fulfilled in the reporting ￿riod.
PREPARATION OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMEI¥TS ON A GOING CONCERN BASIS
