(C) IN PAYING OR AUGMENTING THE STIPEND OF THE ORGANIST OR IN THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ORGAN OF THE SAID CHURCH. (II) AS TO THE RESIDUE THEREOF FOR THE RELIEF OF POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE SAID ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND EITHER IN GIFTS IN KIND OR GRANTS OF MONEY.
