Section D                      Achievements and erformance p Due to Covid 19 the Village Hall and the Greene Room were closed for **Summary of the main** the majority of the year and the Committee was unable to hold any fund **achievements of the charity** raising events. **during the year** Government grants relating to Covid 19 were received during the year which enabled the committee to continue maintaining the Hall and Greene Room. A new boiler and oil tank were installed during the year.

**Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves** 

At the end of the year bank balances totalling £42,737 were held.  £388 was  held in restricted funds, £2,098 was held in Endowment Funds. £40,251 was held  in unrestricted funds. This  is required for running costs and maintenance of the halls and adjoining properties and grounds.
