Report of Trustees for year ending January 2024
The Butterfly Hall building project was completed at the start of this year and final payments were made to the builders and collected from the Lottery Fund. Normal use of the Village Hall resumed, with several new regular hirers joining the usual users. The Committee also organized monthly community drop-in sessions, aimed at encouraging anyone needing greater social contact to visit for tea and conversations.
The new Butterfly all was opened by local Councillor, Martin Smith, with a representative of the Lottery in attendance.
