PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO PERSONS WHO PROFESS THE PROTESTANT RELIGION.IF AND IN SO FAR AS SUITABLE BENEFICIARIES CANNOT BE FOUND THE TRUSTEES MAY ADMIT PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT OUTSIDE THE AREA OF BENEFIT BUT WHO ARE OTHERWISE SUITABLY QUALIFIED.
