Responslbilities und busls of report A5 the charlty truslee5 of the Charity, you are responsible for the pleparatioll of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111.the Act'l. I report in respect ol my examination of the Charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examlnation I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commi55ion under settion 14515llbl of the Act. No audit has been carried out as the material income for the year was from a Sale of Land which does not fall under the incorne requirements for audit. Independent exominerfs stotement I have completed by examination. I confirm that no material rnatters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect.. accounting records were not kept in respect of the Ch3rity as required by Section 130 of the Act.. or the accounts do not accord with those re¢ord5,' or the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirement5 concerning the form and content of account$ Set out in the Charities IAccounts and Reportsl Regulation5 2008 other than any requirement that the 3ccounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examlnatlon.
