**replace the 110 year-old roof. During**
**2023 we refurbished the ladies and**
**gents’ toilets. We are currently raising**
**funds to improve and upgrade the main**
**lounge area.**

**enjoy indoor and outdoor exercise. This**
**has been of great benefit to their health**
