Preference Shall Be Given To Persons Who Have Resided As Aforesaid In The Parish Of Dalham And Subject Thereto To Those Who Have Resided Longest In The Said Area.if On The Occasion Of A Vacancy There Are No Applicants Qualified As Aforesaid The Trustees May Appoint Married Couples Otherwise Qualified Who Are Resident Outside The Said Area At The Time Of Their Appointment But Who Have At Any Time Resided Therein, Or Single Persons Who Are Resident In The Said Area.
