The principal activity of the charity is to own, operate and maintain an enclave of high grade individual properties in the City of Derby specifically for the benefit of disabled former members of HM Forces, the Emergency Services and others who from time to time the Trustees shall deem worthy of inclusion
Objects: To Establish, Build, Organize, Regulate Manage And Control Dwellinghouses, Villages, Settlements, Training Centres, Educational And Other Institutions For The Benefit Of Disabled Members And Ex-Members Of H.m. Forces And Persons Disabled Whilst At Work And Their Relatives And Dependants.
