**Objects:** 1.THE TRUSTEES SHALL FIRST DEFRAY OUT OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY ALL THE PROPER COSTS, CHARGES AND EXPENSES OF AND INCIDENTAL TO THE ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE CHARITY. 2.SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF THE EXPENSES AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:-  A) IN OR TOWARD THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A HEADQUARTERS AND DRILL HALL FOR THE USE OF THE BATTALION. B) FOR TRAINING AND RECREATIONAL PURPOSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE BATTALION.

**Activities:** The Harben Armoury Fund is consituted by the Trust Deed dated 25 February 1944. Its objects are to apply the income after payment of any proper expenses in any or all of the following ways:a) toward the provision and maintenance of headquarters and drill hall for the use of the cadet companies.b) for training and recreational purposes.
