Secretary’s Report December 2022
The Secretary reported that successful site visits had been conducted to all properties and meaningful discussions with tenants had been carried out.
Repairs to the properties had totalled £185,508 with professional fees adding a further £8,072 to the cost.
Grants to students totalled £8,900 of which £400 was gifted to students living away from home and £200 to students attending local colleges. There were 25 female applicants to 8 male applicants and one scout unit.
We held regular meetings with our surveyors Owen & Owen to assist with professional and qualified advice with ongoing repairs and management of the properties.
