aforesaid.

Letting$ and expenses for the village halls during the year was
ilhin the budget paramelers set and a surplus of £9,362 was
suslamed.
Investment Powers.. Surplu$ cash not ne¢ded lor imme(liate working purposes shall
be invesled in the name of the officKal cuslodian for Charilies
unless the CommisS￿nerS olhewse direct.
Reserves..
The property Repair fund lo build up reserves to meet future
extraordinary building vLsrkslfepaifS was valued 8t £87,336 8$
al the end of the year.

8asls of Independent My examination was carried out in accordance with general Directions given
examinerfs statement by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the
accounting records kept by the d)arily and a companson of the accounts
presented with those records. 11 also includes consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the
IfUStee5 concerning any such matters. The prorAures undertaken do not
provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and
consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true
and fair, view and the report is limited to those matters set out in the
statement below.
