# TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT 2021 1.4.20 – 31.3.21 

During the year 1.4.19 – 31.3.21 the Trustees of the Welfare Charities met on two occasions using Zoom because of the Covid restrictions. 

The major purpose of the charities was fulfilled during the year with the provision of five houses, one bungalow and four flats. 

The properties were let at full rental value with no change of occupiers. 

Various maintenance works have been carried out  to keep the properties in good order and up to date during the year.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the above charity I'the Trust'l for the year ended 31
March 2021.
Responsibilities and b(Jsis of report
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts, in
accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111'the Act'l.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011
Act and In carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity
Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act.
Independent exominer's stotement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that, in any material respect..
accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or
the 3ccounts do not accord with the accounting records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached.
