Following use of the defibrillator (successfully) the unit has been maintained with new pads and battery purchased to ensure the unit is always ready.
The Bookings Secretary reported bookings well up to expectations with a number of new bookings. The hall is now nearly at 100% usage during the week with only a few spots available in the jubilee room in the evening. In addition the number of Friday & Saturday evening parties and, particularly, weddings has continued to the benefit of income .
Income from the hire of the halls was £44748 after expenditure of 38290 the balance was £6458 with assets held including investments £78,262. No further major expenditure is foreseen for the next 3 years although the
increase in price of utilities has been highlighted as an area of concern.
