A Further One-Third For Promoting In Accordance With The Doctrines Of The Church Of England, The Education Of Children And Persons Under 25 Years Of Age Who Are In Financial Need. 3. The Remaining One-Third For Relieving Either Generally Or Individually Persons Resident In Th Parish Who Are In Conditions Of Need, Hardship Or Distress. (For Details See Clause 26 Of Scheme).
